Gia Nova crowned EXOTIC DANCER’s 2012 Overall Entertainer of the Year

Exotic Dancer (ED) Publications, producers of the ED Club Bulletin magazine, the Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO and the Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show, is pleased to announce the 2012 ED’s Awards Show winners. The 15th Annual Awards Show was hosted by popular comedian Pablo Francisco and was held at the Orleans Showroom inside the Orleans Casino in Las Vegas on Tuesday, August 28, 2012. The ED’s Awards Show is held each year during the Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO.

The evening’s biggest awards went to Gia Nova, who was crowned ED’s Overall Entertainer of the Year; Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami, who took home the Overall Club of the Year Award; Deja Vu Showgirls/Hustler Clubs, which garnered the prestigious Club Chain of the Year Award; and longtime Mons Venus of Tampa club owner and political activist Joe Redner, who was inducted into the EXOTIC DANCER Hall of Fame.

“Not only was this EXPO a momentous occasion as our 20th, but the ED’s Awards Show also hit a milestone in its 15th year,” says ED Publications’ Associate Publisher, Dave Manack.  “It has been an honor and a privilege to serve the multi-billion-dollar adult nightclub industry with its only national awards show for the past decade and a half, and we heartily congratulate all of this year’s ED’s award winners and nominees.  These honors are richly deserved!”

In addition to comedian Pablo Francisco’s presence, there were also several special guests at the 2012 ED’s Awards Show. “Ronnie the Limo Driver” of Howard Stern Show fame, who has become a regular at the ED’s Awards Show and Annual EXPO, entertained the Awards Show guests as special guest presenter with his genuine enthusiasm for the adult club industry.   Other guest presenters included several past ED’s Overall Entertainer of the Year and Adult Movie Entertainers of the Year winners and nominees, including Stormy Daniels, Nina Mercedez, Christina Aguchi, Devon Michaels and Zoe Britton.

Award nominations were accepted online at The ED awards for a three-week period in May/June 2012. Based primarily on these votes, as well as input from the ED staff, these award nominees appeared on the Final Awards Ballot (which was also featured online at The ED Awards in July 2012).

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I’m very glad to see such magnificent info being shared freely out there.
