Exotic Dancer and Porn Star Alexia Moore Beats Prostitution Charge
Well known exotic dancer/porn star Alexia Moore and Falyyn Rodriguez have just been acquitted of charges stemming from accusations that they offered sex to an undercover officer for a total of $5,000.
As Manhattan Judge Shawdya Simpon said “The court finds the defendant not guilty” the defendant hugged her lawyers and supporters. Normally charges such as prostitution get pleaded to by the defendant in order to lower sentencing but Alexia decided to fight the charges and came out on top with her comrade Ms. Rodriguez. As she says “I knew that I did nothing wrong”.
The incident that the prosecution was looking to convict these ladies for took place in June, 2008 at the Hot Lap Dance Club in New York City. Although the charges would have led to no jail time they still did not take the plea.
Former boss Louis Posner is hoping to be as fortunate when he begins trial for running a hooker ring on April. Mr. Posner was in attendance and expressed gratification for the acquittal by his two former dancers.
Fans of Alexia are undoubtedly happy that she won the case but it’s bittersweet because she has decided to not return to the industry

Alexia Moore and Falynn Rodriguez have a lot of courage for standing up for themselves and going to trial to prove they were innocent. These dancers were targeted in a sting operation because they were also lesbian performers at the Hot Lap Dance Club in Manhattan.
The Club was raided and shut down in July 2008 in a raid by the NYPD Vice Squad. Dancers at the Club were threatened with hand guns by Vice police in full riot gear. The dancers were taunted and humiliated while they were forced to parade around in their lingerie while being video taped by the police.
