Booking information As previously noted, I never have same-day availability and usually require a minimum of 24 hours notice. I prioritise bookings that give ample notice. I am often found volunteering in remote areas with limited internet access. This does impact response times but if you have had no response within 72 hours, please reach out again. I recommend WhatsApp or email as first point of contact. All clients are required to undergo screening and/or pay a 30% deposit. The exception to this rule is Singaporean clients, who must pay a 50% deposit if we have not met before. This is payable via Beem, Throne, Youpay or gift card. Deposits are only refundable if I cancel, and will only transfer if 24 hours notice is given. Deposit must be received by me prior to the booking commencing.
